You can return your jewellery purchase within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact email@example.com if you wish to do so where a postal address will be provided upon receipt of the email.
Please ensure your returns are sent in the same condition as you received them in – with the original packaging. We will not accept return of any items that have been worn.
We recommend that you send the items via Royal Mail Special Delivery – we cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit.
Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods – it may take your bank longer to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing card. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
